At this point I start thinking I’m in the wrong courtroom. Personally I think they just try and trip you up, unnerve you. I was questioned repeatedly and in different ways, if I knew, seen or had be involved with bio Dad (I still have no idea where this was going).
I stated for visits only. After a few more times being asked the same question. I stated , “To my knowledge the only contact I had was at the visits. (The guy could have seen me at Wal-mart I do not have a clue what he was talking about). I was asked again. The judge told him to move on.

Then he goes into a ten minute rambling questioning concerning CASA.
Have you talked to the CASA worker?
You have never talked to a CASA worker? (Yes, just not in this case.)
How long have you had this child?
In this period of time you have never bothered to contact the CASA worker?

Are you telling me that CPS did not make you aware of the CASA worker?
Okay, I am now starting to panic. Oh Lord, I have messed up BAD!! The bio attorney is still rambling making me look so stupid and irresponsible.
