My name is Bill, and welcome to the foster care blog at adoptionblogs.com. My blog will combine research, personal experience, and fiction to create a blog that you will want to bookmark and return to often. I will be enlisting the help of former and current foster youth, fellow CASAs, caseworkers, foster parents and others involved in the “system” to give you an idea of what services are currently in place for foster children, as well as what services I think need to be added to and/or improved. Hopefully, this will be a forum where everyone can come together and not just talk about what needs to be done, but actually do something about it.
